Timloc Cavity Wall Vents are designed to be used in any condition where water must be discharged from the external wall, e.g., At ground floor slab level or over external lintels. The vent features a tapered design for easy insertion and a sound deadening pad to reduce noise. The vents can also be used as an alternative to traditional cavity wall insulation products on timber frame construction where there is no cavity or insulation board present behind the external plasterboard finish.

• Multi-function weep for discharging water from external walls and cavity ventilation
• Use :
• Any situation where water must be discharged from an external wall, e.g:
• At ground floor slab level
• Within cavity tray systems
• Over external lintels
• Where a cavity must be ventilated
• On external walls - 100mm or more in thickness - built from brick, block or stone
