Customer Service Representative

As a call center representative you need to handle calls and resolve the queries of customers. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation and work with a team, and offer first class experience to all customers via telephone and email chat communications.

You will ensure that there is a mutual satisfactory conclusion between customers and the company while dealing with their queries and complaints.

Role and Responsibilities

  • You need to advise the best product to customer available on the store, based on their requirement (Product knowledge would be given to you by our staff)
  • You need to offer the best solutions to customer issues.
  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails promptly

Skills Required

  • Good command over English - spoken and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Confidence to deal with customers even under pressure

Technical Requirements

  • Knowledge of word and excel, email and general computer systems

While we expect candidates to have at least 1 years' experience in a similar post, freshers too are encouraged to apply. The candidate would be expected to work in a regular work shift between 9am to 5pm.
