Fakro Manual High Pivot FYU Anti-Burglary Polyurethane Roof Window is particularly suited for roof pitches between 39° and 43° and transforms the roof window into an instant balcony. It is made using close-grain, knot-free, vacuum-impregnated redwood pine and finished with white polyurethane paint. The product has triple glazing with double chamber glazing, laminated inner pane, krypton gas filler and TGI spacer that won’t allow UV rays to penetrate and also keeps the interior energy efficient by preventing loss of heat or cold. The TopSafe system gives added resistance against burglary.

- The centre pivot window, but its axis of rotation is situated above the centre of the window
