The Keylite Flat Roof Access Hatch is a versatile roof hatch that can form part of a fire escape route or provide access to and from roof areas. The hinged frame opens to 80° to allow safe passage for personnel and equipment. It has a triple skin polycarbonate (clear or frosted) with PVC 150mm splayed upstand giving a U-Value of 1.3W/m2.K. The hatch has telescopic gas struts and is supplied with security screw bolts for added peace of mind. The manufacturer provides 3-year accessories guarantee on this product.
