The Keylite Smoke Ventilation are ideal for use with flat roofs. The dome-shaped vent is designed to allow smoke from a fire to escape from the building while keeping the critical routes out of a building clear and visible. The system contains a range of electrically operated domes installed in minutes on flat roof areas. All Keylite Flat Roof Smoke Ventilators and smoke controls are thoroughly tested and compliant with EN 12101-2. It comes with a 300mm PVC upstand and opens to 160° within 60 seconds.
