The Brett Martin Flat Glass Rooflights for Builders Upstand an abundance of natural light for modern buildings. This modern fixture is compatible with builder's upstands and offers structural stability with a simplistic look. It can be operated with a wall switch or remote, with chain actuators hidden in the frame, utilising either a singular or a tandem mechanism, depending on the size of the rooflight. This versatile option allows for ease of installation on a wide range of rooftops.

- Opening: Mains Powered with Remote and Rain Sensor
- Operated by concealed single or tandem chain actuators (depending on size). Rooflight is controlled with a wall switch or optional remote control. A rain sensor can be specified with remote control to automatically close the rooflight in the rain.

- Highly thermally efficient with thermally isolated frame and double glazing offering overall U-values as low as 1.46W/m2K
- Safety of those below and above the roof light assured thanks to a laminated inner pane and the product achieving non-fragility to CWCT TN-67 (for class 1 or 2 roofs depending on size) and Class B non-fragile to ACR[M]001 when new and fully installed to Brett Martin installation guidelines
- Please note that on rectangular opening rooflights the hinges are positioned on the long side and the rooflight should be installed with hinges facing up-slope.

- Glazed unit only - Simply screw fixes to existing builders upstand (includes additional uPVC frame if opening/ventilated)
- Standard uPVC kerb - Provides 150mm roof membrane termination height
- Tall uPVC kerb - Provides 300mm membrane termination height for refurbishment jobs where extra insulation is being added to existing roof
