The fire escape/top-hung roof window opens to 45 degrees complies with safety statutory regulations, and is ideal for use in low-pitch roofs as the window opens outward. It also allows daylight and airflow even when the window is shut. It comes in a handsome, moisture-resistant build for maximum durability and in a bright Lacquered Pine finish.
