  • Electrically operated pivot roof windows equipped with the Z-Wave system as standard.
  • Integrated window control mechanism is situated under an aesthetic aluminium cover fitted in the lower part of the frame
  • Actuator with a reach of 24 cm makes it possible to open and close the sash
  • Built-in ZRD rain sensor automatically initiates the sash closing function when the first rain drops appear
  • Suitable for pitches from 15-90Deg
  • Window with a mullion bar is designed for historic or stylised buildings.
  • Characteristic feature is black vertical mullion bar in the middle of the glazing, cladding and flashing
  • Suits traditional construction

  • V40P automatic air vent to prevent unnecessary heat loss
  • Glazing - P2 - Safety Double Glaze
  • Single chamber glazing
  • Laminated and anti-burglary class P2A according to standard EN 356
  • Increased resistance against breakage
  • Consists of external toughened pane with easy maintenance layer
  • Warm TGI spacer and inner pane has two 3mm thick sheets of glass with 0.76mm layer of PVB plastic membrane between them
  • Glazing cavity is filled with inert gas- argon
  • On the inner side of the laminated glass it has a low emission coating which reduces penetration of UV rays by up to 99 Percent
