Crown Trade Paint Clean Extreme Anti Bacterial Acrylic Eggshell White 5L
- A water based dual purpose solution that is stain resistant and defends against bacteria such as MRSA and E.Coli, using independently tested Steritouch Silver Ion Technology. With 10,000 scrubs durability the superior cleaning capabilities of the formulation do not compromise the integrity or appearance of the paint film.
- New and aged stains can be easily cleaned away, returning walls to an “as new” condition – reducing the need for costly redecoration.
- This product has been awarded EPD certification to European Standard EN15804.

- Drying Time - Under normal drying conditions touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoat after 4 hours. Allow for adequate ventilation during the drying period
- Finish - Eggshell - subtle sheen
- Spreading Rate - Up to 14m² per litre on smooth surfaces
- Wet Film Thickness - 71 micrometres at 14m² per litre
- Dry Film Thickness - 22 micrometres at 14m² per litre.
- Volume Solids - 32% White. Other colours will vary.

- Limitations :
- For interior use only.
- Do not apply when air or substrate temperatures are likely to fall below 8 degree C or when the relative humidity is above 80% during application or the drying period.
- APPLICATION :
- Stir well before and during use.
- Apply using good quality tools - synthetic brush or medium pile roller.
- For airless spray dilution may be required.
- CLEANING :
- Return surplus material to container.
- Wash tools equipment with clean water or a warm soapy solution rinse immediately after use.
- STORAGE :
- Store upright and secure.
- Store in secure dry conditions inaccessible to children or animals.
- Containers should be kept closed during storage.
- Do not store below 5 degree C or above 40 degree C.
