Timloc Roll Formed Eaves Vent is an easy to install secondary ventilation system used in between the roof membrane and insulation. The roll out rafter tray is resistant to decay, making it durable and easy to fit, and is a convenient and economical solution to the eaves ventilation problem. For use on pitched roof eaves ventilation, new and refurbished builds, and on roofs where there is spacing between 400mm and 600mm, these are supplied in 6mtr rolls which can be simply rolled out and stapled or nailed in place. These come in widths of 300mm and 600mm with insulation depths of up to 250mm and 400mm respectively.

- Installation Advice :
- Unroll the ventilator along the rafters along the full length of the eaves and along both sides of the building to create a cross flow ventilation action
- Position centrally above the wall plate. This is the narrowest part of the roof where the roof insulation is most likely to constrict the airflow
- Push the corrugations down over the top of the rafters and secure using clout nails or staples
- How to Order :
- Measure the overall length of the eaves to be ventilated and divide by 6m to determine the number of rolls of ventilator required
