Work in sensitive areas and suspended flooring that might otherwise be unable to withstand the movement that comes with subflooring with the use of the Bostik Cempolatex One Pack Sub-Floor Levelling Compound Bag 25Kg. This product is a protein-free, latex-modified product that is naturally self smoothing to save you time and effort on your project. The compound provides excellent flexibility and bonding properties and is easy to apply on just about any properly prepared material, including sand and cement screeds, concrete, rigid timber floors, tiles, terrazzo and brick floors, stone and asphalt floors.

• It has excellent bonding properties and good flexibility that will accommodate the movement of closely fitted suspended flooring
• This rapid setting formula is ideal for smoothing and levelling properly prepared concrete, sand/cement screeds, quarry tiles, rigid timber floors, stone, brick and terrazzo floors and asphalt floors
• It may also be used as a floor topping/concrete re-surface with the addition of Bostik SBR, and for patching up to 100mm thickness
• Bostik Cempolatex 1 Pack is only suitable for warm water underfloor heating systems when used as a levelling compound.
