Crown Trade Paint Clean Extreme Anti Bacterial Scrubbable Matt White 5L
- A water based dual purpose solution that is stain resistant and defends against bacteria such as MRSA and E.coli, using independently tested Steritouch Silver Ion Technology.
- With 10,000 scrubs durability the superior cleaning capabilities of the formulation do not compromise the integrity or appearance of the paint film.
- New and aged stains can be easily cleaned away, returning walls to an “as new” condition – reducing the need for costly redecoration.
- Independently tested to ISO 11998 class 1 scrub rating for guaranteed results.

- Drying Time - Under normal drying conditions touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoat after 4 hours. Allow for adequate ventilation during the drying period
- Finish - Matt
- Spreading Rate - Up to 14m² per litre on smooth surfaces
- Wet Film Thickness - 70 micrometres at 14m² per litre
- Dry Film Thickness - 25 micrometres at 14m² per litre.
- Volume Solids - 35% White. Other colours will vary.

- COATING SYSTEM :
- Apply two coats as required.
- Certain colours may require additional coats to give complete obliteration.
- APPLICATION :
- Stir well before and during use.
- Apply using good quality tools – synthetic brush or medium pile roller.
- For airless spray dilution may be required.
- CLEANING :
- Return surplus material to container.
- Wash tools equipment with clean water or a warm soapy solution rinse immediately after use.
- STORAGE :
- Store upright and secure.
- Store in secure dry conditions inaccessible to children or animals.
- Containers should be kept closed during storage.
- Do not store below 5 degree C or above 40 degree C.
