- Application:
- Give the tin a good shake
- Pour into a suitable container
- Use a brush to cover all the faces, ends and joints
- Pay particular attention to the end grain, corners and any crevices
- Ensure all holes and surfaces are saturated
- Wait two hours for the first coat to dry
- Apply a second coat
- To completely kill and prevent wood destroying insects, apply three coats
- Wait 24 hours until the wood has completely dried before carrying out repairs
- After it’s dry, it can be stained, varnished or painted over.
