Immediately waterproof your roof in seconds with the Bostik Flexacryl Quick Drying Waterproofer For Roofs Grey 5L. This roof waterproofer can be applied right from the tin and will dry almost instantly to give you waterproof protection straight away. The low odour formula that does not need a primer before application and can just go on as it is from the container. The product can be used on most conventional substrates like asphalt, old roofing felt, asbestos cement, bituminous roof coating, lead work, brickwork, rigid PVC and slate with fibres in the formula to help bridge up any gaps.

- USES :
- It is a fast drying, low odour, roof coating that waterproofs most conventional roof substrates.
- It bridge small cracks and enable the coating to flex with changes in temperature.
- Can be brushed straight from the can onto substrates such as old roofing felt, asphalt, bituminous roof coatings, concrete, lead work, brickwork, metal*, slate and rigid PVC.It is also suitable for application to gutters and flashings.

- Specific Gravity : 1.28 approx.
- Composition : Co-polymer emulsion
- Storage/Shelf : Life Store and transport securely in an upright position. Ensure the lid is secure. Store for up to 2 years from date of manufacture in original, unopened packaging in cool, dry conditions within the temperature range +5 degree C to +25 degree C and out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
- Application Temperature : Above +10°C (external work should not be completed in poor drying conditions or when rain is imminent)
- Service Temperature : -10 degree C to +85 degree C
- Coverage : 1 – 2 litres per m2 (depending on substrate, application technique and performance requirements. Wet surfaces may require a second coat)
- Drying Times : Surface dry and resistant to light showers in 80 to 85 minutes at +10 degree C. This will be significantly reduced in warmer conditions
- Cleaning : Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Cured coating can be removed with white spirit
