Product Description
Dulux Trade Wood Primer is a solvent primer for use on all types of soft and hardwoods, for both indoor and outdoor jobs. The primer acts like a seal on porous substrates, helps in adhesion of waterproofing systems and sheet coverings and can be applied on a range of wooden surfaces. For best results, it should be applied evenly using a brush, avoiding spray applications for health reasons. It is resistant to water within 4 to 6 minutes of application. This comes in sizes of 1 Litre and 2.5 Litre and can be wiped clean with a spirit.

- Touch dry : 4-6 hours dependent upon temperature / humidity
- Thinning not usually necessary for normal use. However, for hardwoods add up to 1 part of white spirit to 10 parts paint.
- Application Method : Brush only. For Health Safety reasons relating to
- all solvent-based paints, spray application is not recommended.
- Spray Recommendations : This product should not be sprayed
- Drying Times : Single coat at standard thickness: (Touch Dry: 4-6 hours), (Recoat: 16-24 hours)
- Cleaning Up : After use, remove as much product as possible from brushes before cleaning with brush cleaner.
