Product Description
Sandtex Trade Quick Dry Stabilising Solution has a clear formulation that is quick to dry. The water-based product penetrates deep to stabilise most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. Easy to apply, it is one coat application can effectively treat chalking, weathered and porous surfaces. It dries fully in 1 hour under normal drying conditions, and is recoatable after 4 hours.

- Do not apply when there is a risk of rain, air or substrate temperatures are likely to fall below 8 degree C or when the relative humidity is above 80% during application or the drying period.

- Application Instructions :
- Apply using a good quality masonry paint brush.
- Seal new surfaces with a thinned coat of Sandtex masonry paint.
- Ready to use.
- Do not dilute or mix with decorative materials.
- One coat is sufficient.
- Cleaning :
- Clean brushes and equipment with clean water after use.
- Storage
- Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
